Maintenance (AMC)
24/7 Fire and Electrical Emergency Repair in Bangladesh
Emergency repair is for faults that cannot wait for the next scheduled visit: a fire pump that will not start, an alarm panel in fault, a leaking sprinkler main or a failing electrical panel. Our 24/7 line takes the call at any hour, an engineer is dispatched, and the first job is always making the site safe.

- Phone triage and make-safe instructions
- Engineer dispatch with common spares
- Fault diagnosis and repair on site where possible
- Temporary measures and fire watch advice
- Impairment record for insurers and auditors

What counts as a fire system emergency?
Anything that leaves the building without protection it relies on: a fire pump that will not start or will not stop, a jockey pump cycling constantly, a sprinkler or hydrant main leaking or burst, an alarm panel in total fault or with whole zones disabled, or a suppression system that has discharged. Electrical faults count too when a burning smell, smoke or repeated tripping signals a fire risk.
Some problems feel urgent but can wait for a scheduled visit, such as a single detector fault or a low-battery warning on an otherwise healthy panel. When you call, we ask a few questions to tell the difference, and we say honestly if a visit can wait until morning.
What should you do while waiting for the engineer?
If a fire system is out of action, treat it as an impairment, the term NFPA 25 uses. Tell the people responsible for safety on site, stop hot work and other ignition sources, and consider a fire watch, with trained staff patrolling the affected area. If water is escaping, close only the valve for that zone, not the main supply, and note what was shut and when.
For electrical faults, isolate the affected circuit at its breaker if it is safe to do so, keep people away from the panel, and do not keep resetting a breaker that trips repeatedly. The engineer will want to know what happened just before the fault, so note any alarms, smells or sounds.
What happens after the repair?
Restoring service is not the end. The repaired system is tested to prove it works, the impairment is closed in writing, and you receive an incident report explaining the cause and how to stop it recurring. Repeated faults in the same place usually point to a bigger problem, such as a pump nearing the end of its life or an overloaded panel.
How it’s done
How we deliver it, step by step.
- 01
Call the 24/7 line
Describe the fault; we triage by phone and talk you through immediate make-safe steps.
- 02
Engineer dispatched
An engineer is sent with tools and common spares for the reported fault.
- 03
Make safe, diagnose
The site is secured first, then the cause is traced and confirmed.
- 04
Repair or stabilize
Fault repaired on site, or temporary measures put in place until parts arrive.
- 05
Test and report
System tested back to normal, impairment closed and an incident report issued.
Price guide
What sets the price.
Every site is different, so we price from a survey, not a rate card. These are the factors that move the number, and the written quote shows each one.
- Time of the call, including nights and public holidays
- Distance to site from Dhaka or Chattogram
- Parts needed and whether they are in stock
- Whether the site has an AMC with emergency cover
- Complexity of the fault and time spent on site

Frequently asked questions
It depends on where the site is, the time of day, traffic and which engineer is closest, so we do not promise a fixed time we cannot keep. When you call, we tell you who is coming and give an honest estimate, then talk you through making the site safe while the engineer travels.
Yes, anyone can call the 24/7 line. Sites under an AMC are already known to us, with drawings and system records on file, so diagnosis is quicker and emergency terms are agreed in advance. For other sites, we take the system details on the first call and work from what the engineer finds.
The main factors are the time of the call, the distance to site, the parts needed and how long the repair takes. Night and holiday call-outs cost more than daytime ones. Under an AMC, emergency terms are set in the contract; without one, we explain the call-out charge on the phone before dispatching anyone.
Yes. The same service handles tripping breakers, overheating panels, failed changeovers and damaged cables, as well as fire pumps, alarms and pipework. Electrical faults that affect fire systems, such as lost power to a fire pump controller, get top priority, because they remove protection and create risk at the same time.
