Security & Communication Systems in Bangladesh

Security and communication systems let you see, control and talk to everyone on a site. That means CCTV to record what happens, access control to decide who enters where, PAVA to give clear evacuation messages in an emergency, and a PABX so offices, floors and the gate can call each other. Most factories and large commercial buildings use all four.

We plan these systems together because they share cable routes, network switches, power backup and, in an emergency, the same few minutes. A free site survey maps cameras, doors, speakers and extensions on your drawings. Our own team then supplies, installs and programs the equipment, links PAVA and access-controlled exit doors to the fire alarm, tests every point and hands over as-built drawings, passwords and a maintenance plan. Support continues around the clock after handover.

Which security or communication system do you need?

Most sites start with one problem, and this table shows which system solves it.

HD & IP CCTVBest for: Recording incidents, theft and gate traffic for evidence and buyer auditsHow: Cameras feed a DVR or NVR; footage is stored and viewable remotely
Access controlBest for: Limiting who enters stores, server rooms, offices and production floorsHow: Cards, fingerprints or faces unlock doors and log every entry and exit
PAVA voice evacuationBest for: Clear spoken evacuation and paging across large floors and multiple buildingsHow: The fire alarm triggers zoned recorded messages through monitored loudspeakers
PABXBest for: Internal calls between offices, floors, gate and management, plus outside linesHow: One exchange connects extensions, intercoms and phone lines, analog or IP

Security & Comms: questions buyers ask

No single rule covers every factory, but most international buyers expect both. Social compliance audits and supply chain security programs such as CTPAT look for controlled entry, visitor logs and recorded coverage of gates, loading bays and stores. Check your buyers' codes of conduct; we design to meet the strictest one you work under.

They can share structured cabling and core switches, but we separate them with VLANs or dedicated switches so video traffic cannot slow down door controllers. PAVA used for life safety keeps its own monitored speaker circuits and battery backup, so it still works if the IT network fails.

It depends on the number of cameras, doors, speakers and extensions, the distance between buildings, how long you keep recordings, the brands you choose and whether existing cabling can be reused. We visit the site, agree what each area needs and give a written, itemized quote so you can compare like for like.

They must not. Doors on escape routes are wired to unlock when the fire alarm activates or power fails, and each one has a manual emergency release beside it. NFPA 101 and BNBC 2020 both put free exit ahead of security, and we test this release during commissioning.

Yes. We start with a survey of what is installed, what works and what is missing, then quote for repairs and a maintenance contract. Older analog cameras, standalone door readers and legacy exchanges can often be kept and integrated rather than replaced all at once.
